About Us
Sharon L. Lavery, principal, has been working in the benefits field for more than 25 years. She is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and a past president of the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. She has maintained her standing as a Fellow of the Society since 1998.
We form close relationships with our clients and work side by side with them as they navigate the technical ins and outs of benefits today. In some cases we act as an extension of the in-house benefits department. In other situations we perform the traditional duties of a broker/consultant. We also provide back-room services to other consultants who need a particular bit of expertise (e.g. self funding and stop loss insurance), or who are simply backlogged. In all circumstances, we strive to provide superlative service and the best technical information possible.
